Official Rules (“Official Rules”)
1. The promotion period of the Taylor Made Golf Limited (“TMaG”) 2009 Burner 09 Promotion (“Promotion”) runs from13th July 2009 through 30th September 2009 (“Promotion Period”) or whilst stocks last, whichever is sooner.
2. This Promotion is only open to persons who purchase the Burner® 09 or Burner® TP driver from a participating authorised retailer (the “Retailer”). This Promotion is only valid in Ireland, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom(“Qualifying Countries). Participants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older, and must be a resident of one of
the Qualifying Countries and participation in this Promotion constitutes each entrant’s full and unconditional acceptance of
these Official Rules, and their residency. TMaG, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives,advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees (collectively, the“Promotion Entities”), are ineligible to enter the Promotion or receive free product.
3. The Promotion consists of buying the Burner 09 driver from a Retailer (the “Qualifying Purchase”) in order that aparticipant receives two dozen TaylorMade Burner golf balls included with the purchase (the “Golf Balls”). For the purpose
of this Promotion and subject to availability of the products, the price of the Golf Balls are deemed to be included in the price
of the Qualifying Purchase and no additional price shall be payable. The value of the Golf Balls is approximately €60.00 or
£43.98 (VAT inclusive).
4. In order to qualify for the Golf Balls, the following criteria must be met:

The Golf Balls or any other product given in place of the Golf Balls are non-assignable and non-transferable. No cash alternative or product substitutions will be allowed, except TMaG reserves the right to substitute product(s) of comparable value if the products listed or any component of any product listed is unavailable for any reason. Any productsdepicted in promotional advertising or otherwise in connection with this Promotion are for illustrative purposes only and may not represent the actual product(s) that is(are) given.
In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Promotion materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail and govern. Any income taxes payable in respect of the products is the sole responsibility of the winners.Specific products are subject to change at TMaG’s sole discretion.
